Steel and Aluminum Tariffs: You may be able to obtain an exclusion

The Department of Commerce has created a process for requesting company and product-specific exclusions from the new tariffs on steel and aluminum. Exclusions will likely be granted for applicants who can demonstrate either insufficient or no U.S. production of a specific product or a national security concern.
