Impact of U.S. Withdrawal from "Iran Deal"

In early May, President Trump pulled the United States out of the "Iran Deal". Moving forward, certain business that was permitted with Iranian companies and individuals will be prohibited. Importantly, the U.S. will reinstate secondary sanctions, which target non-U.S. persons and entities. This means that following a wind-down period, the U.S. is likely to resume imposing sanctions against non-U.S. companies who do business with Iran.
